Morley Borough Independent Candidates Judith Elliott and Robert Finnigan were re-elected to Leeds City Council on Thursday 1st May.

Thanks for your continued support, which will allow the work started to continue.

Plans to part demolish the former Elmfield School and build flats have been turned down following objections made by Cllr Elliott.

Fountain Primary School will receive £1.9 million to build the extra classrooms it needs to place the school on one site following a decision made at Leeds City Council Executive Board. The decision, which received unanimous support, should see building work commence next September.
